Initial Procedure is simple.  Send LOI/ICPO with a very explicit BCL from your Top *0 World bank including soft probe authority.  BCL should assume an amount of or greater than **0, **0MT at $**0USD/MT to be paid by SBLC opening at sight of shipping documents, and accompanied by a BG for one month's shipment valid for the entire contract period.  If you cannot do this, do not bother me.  Your LOI/ICPO will be discarded.  Brokers are welcome, but be very certain that your buyer is capable or you will be gone and blacklisted.  We are weary of incessant bogus junk offers from frauds and thieves.
